West Coast IPA, 15° Plato, 6.6% ABV. Fresh Frozen Cryo je nový chmelový produkt producenta chmele Yakima Chief, který vzniká šokovým zmražením čerstvého chmele ihned po sklizni. Následně vyrobené pelety si tak zachovávají charakter, jaký má zelený chmel na chmelnicích. A jak si lépe ověřit, jaký charakter má čerstvě sklizená Citra a Mosaic, než je použít v pivu nám nejznámějším, a sice Lollihopu. Vše je jinak stejné, jako u klasické verze, díky použití Fresh Frozen Cryo chmele však očekávejte svěží a zelené aroma nezprocesovaných chmelových hlávek.
Fresh Frozen Cryo is a new hop product from Yakima Chief, created by flash-freezing freshly harvested hops immediately after picking. The resulting pellets preserve much of the character of green hops straight from the field, capturing their vibrant freshness in a way traditional processing cannot. And what better way to explore the character of freshly harvested Citra and Mosaic than by using them in the beer we know best — Lollihop. Everything else remains true to the classic recipe, but the Fresh Frozen Cryo hops bring an extra layer of bright, green hop character that evokes freshly picked hop cones and a walk through the hop yard at harvest time. A familiar favourite, seen through a fresher and greener lens.
