At Pivstro, they decided they wanted a green sour with kiwi, apple juice, lime, mint and basil, colored with a natural dye, green spirulina. So we brewed it for them in The Barn in Druztová and this is the result. Don’t be afraid and try this original fruit – herbal gose.
