Alcohol-Free Gose, max. 0.5% ABV. Po ochutnání Blood Orange Gose jsme seznali, že gose je též výtečným stylem pro uvaření nealkoholické verze. Příznačná slanost/mineralita totiž vytváří pocit plnosti, a společně s kyselostí snižují mladinovou chuť piva. Pro větší chuťové bohatství jsme přidali pryskyřičný rozmarýn a šťavnatý červený pomeranč. Fakin osvěžení!
After brewing this beer, we realized that the Gose style is an excellent base for a non-alcoholic version. Its typical saltiness/minerality provides a feeling of fullness, and together with its acidity, helps reduce the wort-like taste often found in non-alcoholic beers. For extra flavor richness, we added resinous rosemary and juicy blood orange. Freakin’ refreshing!
