Čtvrté pokračování naší série kyselých piv, ve které interpretujeme styl gose. Tentokrát jsme sáhli po kombinaci grepové šťávy, limetky a rozmarýnu. Výsledkem je pivo s příjemnou citrusovou paletou ovocné kyselosti, kterou podtrhuje patrná, ale vyvážená slanost s jemnou bylinnou linkou – rozmarýn dodává osvěžující citrusový dozvuk s tóny borovice a cedru.

The fourth release in our gose series features grapefruit juice, lime, and a touch of rosemary. The result is a tangy, citrus-forward sour with a refreshing salinity and a subtle herbal twist. The rosemary brings out an invigorating piney edge, with hints of cedar and citrus zest riding into the finish.
