Spolupráce s The Barn Beer Co. Po roce jsme znovu poměřili síly a uvařili West Coast IPA podle stejné receptury, tentokrát s chmely Centennial, Juno a Cryo Cascade. Výsledkem je velmi suché, čiré pivo s dlouze doznívající robustní hořkostí a aroma klasických amerických chmelů, které doplňuje český novošlechtěný kultivar. Doporučujeme ochutnat obě verze vedle sebe.

A collaboration with The Barn Beer Co. One year on, we went head-to-head again, brewing a West Coast IPA to the same base recipe, this time featuring Centennial, Juno, and Cryo Cascade. The result is a very dry, bright beer with an assertive, long-lasting bitterness and a classic American hop profile, complemented by a modern Czech cultivar. We recommend tasting both versions side by side.
