Máme obrovskou radost, že poprvé v naší historii představujeme moderní IPA podle New England střihu striktně a pouze z českých chmelů. Použili jsme chmely Ceres, Pluto a Eris, které jsou výsledek moderních žateckých pěstitelských snah a vykazují silné ovocné chutě lesního ovoce a citrusů.
We are very happy that for the first time in our history we present a modern IPA brewed in the New England way made strictly and only from Czech hops. We chose Ceres, Pluto and Eris hops, which are the result of modern Saaz cultivation efforts and show strong flavors of forest fruit and citrus.
