S našimi dobrými přáteli z Rivington Brewery jsme uvařili tuto silnou, hladkou a šťavnatou NEIPA, která spojuje spolehlivost a svěžest Citra Incognito při chmelovaru s moderními chmelovými bombami Nectaron (NZ) a HBC 630 (US) použitými na studené chmelení. To vše v kombinaci s úžasnými kvasnicemi London Fog od White Labs dává vzniknout mimořádně pitelné a velmi intenzivní NEIPA s chutí citrusů, mandarinek a broskví.

A collaboration with our good friends at Rivington Brewery, this strong, smooth and juicy NEIPA combines the reliability and freshness of Citra Incognito in the boil with the mega, new age hops Nectaron (NZ) and HBC 630 (US) for the dry hop. All that combined with the wonderful London Fog yeast from White Labs and you have an ultra drinkable IPA with flavours of citrus, mandarins and peach.
