Cold IPA, 13° Plato, 6.3% ABV. Kazbek je český chmel a byl první ve vlně nových aromatických odrůd. Má vůni citrusů, sladkého ovoce a lesních plodů, ale stále má charakter ušlechtilého chmele. V Cold IPA jsme nechali Kazbek vyniknout na světlém základu z plzeňského sladu a rýže a podpořili ho špetkou Citry.
Kazbek hops were developed in the Czech Republic and were the first aroma variety in a wave of new releases. It is bigger with aromas of citrus, sweet fruits, and berries, but still has that classic noble spice. In the Cold IPA, we let Kazbek stand out on a base of pilsner malt and rice and supported it with a pinch of Citra.
