Triple Brut IPA, 18° Plato, 10% ABV. Klasická americká IPA je čirá, suchá a pořádně hořká. Občas ochutnáme čerstvé americké pivo a uvědomíme si, jak jsou evropské IPA jemné a sladké a že praví kalifornští chmeložrouti a chmeložroutky by nad nimi ohrnuli nos. Prokvasili jsme tuto várku úplně do sucha, takže žádný zbytkový cukřík, ale jen nekompromisní chmelová nálož (Mosaic Cry, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra).
A classic American IPA is clear, dry, and seriously bitter. Every now and then, we taste a fresh American brew and realize how soft and sweet many European IPAs have become – true Californian hopheads would probably turn up their noses at them. And we fermented this batch completely dry – there is no residual sugar, just an uncompromising hop blast (Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra).
