Pro tuto NEIPA jsme použili hybridní kvasinky, které spojují čistou fermentaci spodního kvašení s výkonem svrchních kvasinek. Těšte se na hop-forward pivo bez esterů, ve kterém hrají prim chmely Talus a HBC 1019 s tóny růžového grepu, mandarinek a kokosu ve spojení s multiobilným sladovým základem. Experiment, který se podle nás mimořádně povedl.

For this NEIPA, we used hybrid yeast combining clean fermentation profile of lager yeast with the expressive power of ale yeast. Expect a hop-forward beer with zero esters, where Talus and HBC 1019 hops take center stage, delivering notes of pink grapefruit, tangerine, and coconut over a multi-grain malt backbone.
